CREATIV KNOPF TAKES CARE

At Creativ Knopf, direct marketing of our buttons has been an important focus right from the beginning. Having good products and creative ideas is one thing - reaching out to the customer, accompanying him and working together to develop successful button creations - the second important step. Since sales are handled by our own key account manager, over the years we have been able to establish close proximity and strong trust in our customers. Meanwhile, we have six employees in the office and another six employees in the field (national and EU). This enables us, as a company, to react more quickly and flexibly to the changes in the collections, trends and wishes of our customers. In Benelux, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece and Italy, our resident representatives also regularly visit the designers of various labels. Thus we are always close to the customer, even internationally.

All our employees are professionally trained and receive regular schooling, so that we can guarantee our customers the best possible support and advice on their button concepts. We have learned to understand the constantly rotating world of buttons. We are happy to share this knowledge with our customers. Because we at Creativ Knopf know that only regular, professional and personal exchange makes possible an efficient and timely implementation of customer wishes.
